How Much Does Shipping Cost?

You can check the official USPS and UPS sites for estimated shipping costs.  The final cost you incur depends on what kind of shipping you end up choosing.  There may be a slight upcharge for Shipping & Handling to cover packaging supplies.  FREE USPS ground shipping is available for orders that are $75+.  If you place one order but want it to go to several addresses, please email Vyvy@YourNumberOneFan.SHOP and we can help you split your order into multiple shipments but it will incur additional shipping costs.

When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

When you do a pre-order, that means that production of this product has either not started or is currently in process.  If you email us at Vyvy@YourNumberOneFan.SHOP, we can give you a better estimate as it varies on a case by case basis.

What Can I Do If I Entered The Wrong Address?

If you just placed the order, please email Vyvy@YourNumberOneFan.SHOP ASAP with your order number, a description of what happened, and the correct delivery address so we can attempt to rectify this before we send your order out.  While we know this is obviously an unfortunate situation, we are unable to take responsibility for packages where the address was entered incorrectly.  If/When we get the package back is when we'd be able to see how to move forward with the situation.

How Do Help With Missed Deliveries and/or Return to Sender Issues?

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, we are unable to control what happens to it so if there are missed deliveries, you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier that's taking care of your package delivery for how to rectify the situation.  Perhaps, they are trying to deliver it outside of normal business hours to a gated community.  In cases such as that, you have the option of calling the shipping carrier and asking them to hold it at your local store where you can then pick it up from directly.
 

Where Is My Order Shipping From?

All Your #1 Fan orders are hand-packed with LOVE in the panhandle of Florida!  We are currently a small but soon to be BIG ;) business located in Panama City Beach :)

What Are Average Shipping Times and/or Cutoff Times?

We of course want to ship your order ASAP but please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order in case if there's an influx of orders such as around the holidays or during/after a big sale.  Estimated shipping times and cutoff times are determined by the shipping carriers so please head over to the USPS and UPS websites for more information.  Please keep in mind that their estimates may also fluctuate by a few days depending on holidays, worker shortages, etc.

What About International Shipping?

We currently only offer shipping with the United States but please email Vyvy@YourNumberOneFan.SHOP if you live overseas and want us to be able to deliver to your area.  That'll help us put this as a higher priority item to implement amongst all the other exciting upgrades we're currently working!
